Making a complaint
Here at Northumberland Pupil Referral we make every effort to ensure that we provide the very highest of standards of service to all stakeholders that we work with; students, parents/carers, staff, external agencies and all members of our local community.
In some instances, individuals may feel the need to inform us of a concern in relation to Northumberland PRU or challenge a decision that has been taken.
If this situation should arise then the Headteacher and Chair of the Management Committee pledge to all stakeholders of Northumberland PRU that we will work collaboratively and transparently with any complainant to ensure that a swift, effective and amicable outcome is reached.
